A decade ago, Edward retired to the west coast of Scotland – the perfect place for someone with a lifelong love of seafood. 

He’s never happier than when wolfing down a dozen (or perhaps two dozen) oysters, or wrestling with the shells of shrimps, langoustines and lobsters.
